We have partnered with an exciting business in the heart of Oxford City Centre to recruit for their IT Manager. This is a varied role where you will be the sole IT person providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to all internal users. Offering a fantastic benefits package and salary of up to £50,000. This will be an onsite role, based in the office 5 days a week.

The Role

Responsible for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support and management of all IT operations, you will be given autonomy to continuously improve on the company's technology offering and provide a range of end-user, networking and security support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and managing their MS365 environment
  • Manage Windows Server configuration, including Azure AD, DNS IIS and Azure backups
  • Asset management
  • IT procurement
  • Triage and troubleshoot software and hardware
  • Delivery of new technologies
  • Implement Cyber Security and compliance best practice
  • About You

  • Strong understanding of MS365 and Azure environments
  • Experience with InTune, Azure AD, VPN, Networking products and MS365 tools
  • Proven experience in a varied role providing 1st-3rd line support
  • Ability to identify technology gaps and provide recommendations
