Investor Relations Assistant in UK

HAIL Partners are working with leading private equity firm, renowned for their commitment to delivering exceptional value to our investors through strategic investments and hands-on management.

As they expand their portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Investor Relations team.

This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our IR function, working closely with senior leadership and supporting the Investor Relations team.

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Investor Relations within a private equity or venture capital setting, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Investor Relations team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Investor Communication: Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor communications, including quarterly reports, newsletters, and investor presentations.
• Event Coordination: Organise and coordinate investor events, including roadshows, annual general meetings, and conference calls.
• Document Management: Maintain and organise investor relations documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research and prepare reports on market trends, competitor activities, and investor profiles to support the IR team’s strategic initiatives.
• Liaison Role: Act as a key point of contact between the IR team and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across the organisation.
• Special Projects: Support the IR team with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with exposure to an Investor Relations team, in a private equity or financial services firm.
