Investment Fund Lawyer in London

For this position, we are looking for an investment fund lawyer in our London, UK office focusing on commingled fund structures and separate accounts.

Partners Group’s structuring team is responsible for developing innovative investment fund structures for institutional and private investors globally.

Structuring professionals regularly interact with the firm’s client relationship management, investment and operations teams as well as with clients, external professionals and regulators.

Representative projects include, for example, the design, formation and negotiation of customized separate accounts, the establishment of fund vehicles (limited partnerships and other investment funds), the review of regulatory frameworks (AIFMD, MiFID, etc.

), and participation in marketing meetings.
