Internal Telesales in Market Harborough

As part of our expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. Based at our office in Kettering, you will be responsible for outgoing calls to varied multiple retailers, giftshops, garden centres and high street independents to increase sales and drive new business.BASIC SALARY: £25,000BENEFITS: BonusLOCATION: Office based, Kettering - NorthamptonshireCOMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Corby, Wellingborough, Market HarboroughKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal Telesales, Telesales Executive, Internal Sales - FMCG· Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients within a leads database.· Identify and engage with key decision-makers to promote the company's product offerings.· Consultatively sell products, addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.· Assist with pricing enquiries in collaboration with the Directors.· Plan and execute sales campaigns, including arranging and conducting online meetings.· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Internal Telesales, Telesales Executive, Internal Sales - FMCGWhile previous sales experience is highly desirable the outgoing attitude and motivation to achieve is more important.You will also have:· Strong, clear and articulate written and verbal communication skills.· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.THE COMPANY: We are a very successful privately owned business that prides itself in delivering world class branded products.
