Internal SalesLocation: RomfordSalary: £28,000 - £30,000Benefits/ Schedule:Monday - Friday (37.5 hours a week).Company Pension.On-site parking.Progression opportunities.Company Overview:Our client specialises in the design and manufacture of high-precision grinding and polishing equipment, particularly for the diamond tooling industry.Position Requirements/ Duties:Raising quotations.Handle incoming customer inquiries.Accurately process customer orders.Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and relevant information is available.Assist in managing customer accounts.Support sales team.Maintain accurate and organised records.Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability for customer orders.Skills/ attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.German/ French speaking in beneficial.
