Apply NowArena Offices are looking for 2 enthusiastic individuals, with great customer service skills to start in this brand new role which will support our inbound and outbound sales process teams to oversee our high quality leads.
Responsibilities
· Follow up pipeline of warm leads and nurture their move to Arena Offices. No cold calling required.
· Looking after lead channels, communicating with the centre teams, and checking all leads are being updated in line with processes.
· Ensuring all details are accurate, complete and up to date on the CRM.
· Following up on contact leads, ensuring that next steps and activities have been diarised.
· Verifying data using Companies House, LinkedIn, etc. and populating database with missing data.
· Following up on web visitors and checking the CRM for daily web visitors.
· Looking after broker leads & brochure downloads.
· Cultivating relationships and converting an enquiry to viewing.
· Following up on older leads for all locations.
· Generally following up on the sales channel, ensuring it is up to date, clean and the process is being followed.
· Creating productive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Confident and clear telephone manner
· Methodical and organised with strong time management skills who works well under pressure
· Able to communicate effectively and influence others positively
· Strong IT skills using a variety of software packages, including Office365 and CRM
· Capable individual able to work proactively and independently
· Takes pride in their appearance and conforms to smart standard of dress appropriate to the role and company expectations
· Consistently strives to perform to the highest level
· Ability to multitask
· Demonstrates a high level of professional competence at all times
