Who we are looking for:  

Are you passionate about internal communications and ensuring all staff are heard, included and engaged?

Join our Internal Communications Team and you will play a key role in supporting and delivering internal communications and driving engagement across the charity. This will include planning, writing and delivering strategic communications activities that will inform, engage and inspire our colleagues across all areas of our work. 

Using your skills in communications, organisation and planning, you’ll work with the Internal Communications team and colleagues across the charity to provide staff with what they need to do their jobs effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our core channels and support on a range of exciting projects including the planning and delivery of staff engagement activities and events. 

You will be joining us at an exciting time of strategic development for our charity, becoming an important part of our journey with autistic people and their families to create a society that works for them. 

This role will report into the Senior Internal Communications Officer. 

This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Where you will be working:

    This role primarily is homebased but we are flexible for it to be office based/ hybrid.
