Internal Communications Manager


The Internal Communications Manager plays a crucial role in fostering effective communication throughout PPHE Hotel Group. They are responsible for developing and implementing clear, consistent and timely distribution of information across all levels of the company. Our main goal is to create the best employee experience possible. As our Internal Communications Manager, you'll help align our team members with PPHE's goals, making sure they can access the information they need to do their best, and facilitate a culture where they can engage and thrive.


Our Internal Communications Manager will:

  • Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies and action plans that align with PPHE’s goals and culture.
  • Write and edit engaging content for various communication mediums.
  • Coordinate communication campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and update internal communication channels and platforms through communication platforms. Audit current platforms and design and deliver system improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and facilitate two-way communication between management and team members.
  • Ensure that all internal communications are aligned to PPHE’s strategic agenda, blueprints and values, promoting a consistent corporate identity
  • Organise and support internal events, meetings and presentations.
  • Monitor, analyse and improve the effectiveness of internal communication efforts through surveys, feedback tools, and analytics to measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Support the Head of Employee Experience with employee engagement and development initiatives, including the bi-annual employee engagement survey, benefits updates and policy changes.
  • Provide communication support during organisational changes and crises.
  • Work closely with the Employer Brand Manager in ensuring printed media is delivered consistently with the company brand guidelines, cost effective, and sustainable.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when assisting stakeholders with their communication needs and the changing demand and priorities of the business.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and personalised service for each individual external and internal colleague, supplier and guest.
  • Identify opportunities and improvements/solutions to ways of working.
