Internal Communications Manager in London

I am looking to recruit an Internal Communications Manager for one of our clients based in central London.

This hybrid role requires you to be in the office 3 days a week.

(None negotiable)

In this position, you will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering internal communications campaigns and initiatives for your UK and EMEA based audience.

Your audience is a mix of desk and desk-less workers so if you have experience communicating to hard-to-reach audiences this will be an added advantage.

This is an internal communications position with some external communications responsibilities.

We are looking for someone with excellent writing skills, a storyteller and an on-site journalist.

If you enjoy working on operational communications this role could be for you as it is quick and reactive and sometimes you need to pivot at short notice.

This role reports to the Director of Communications and you will work closely with wider teams across the business.

We are looking for someone with experience using traditional and digital channels to engage with your audience including town halls, podcasts, vlogs, blogs etc.

You will get the opportunity to work on some great campaigns and initiatives and this position will suit someone who wants to develop their Internal Communications career.

You will take ownership of key IC campaigns and are happy to roll your sleeves up and do the doing.
