Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Associates in the delivery of projects, ensuring technical quality and professionalism.
• Support the Leadership Team with technical reviews, presentations, and guidance.
• Lead and manage multiple technical design packages, ensuring they meet project milestones and regulatory standards.
• Produce detailed design packages for mechanical systems, including HVAC, domestic water and sewage, process systems, fire engineering, and building management systems.
• Collaborate closely with architectural and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• Demonstrable experience in mechanical design across various building types, both in the UK and internationally.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and REVIT/BIM 360.
• Experience in sectors like Residential, Healthcare, Education, and Commercial, particularly in the Middle East.
• Strong client management skills and the ability to inspire and lead teams.
