Award-winning full-service firm are seeking a dedicated IP Litigation Paralegal to join their IP disputes team on an initial 12M FTC.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with Partners and contribute to high-profile cases.

The firm is celebrated for their exceptional IP work with high-profile individual and corporate clients, including notable entertainment properties and award-winning authors.

Their specialist litigators offer expert guidance through all stages of IP disputes, from initial strategy discussions to litigation in the IP Enterprise Court and High Court.

Key Responsibilities:

As an IP Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with online brand protection monitoring and reporting, including preparing and issuing takedown notices.
• Preparing materials for court hearings.
• Managing document disclosure and review tasks.
• Assisting with the preparation of evidence and exhibits.
• Providing support and attending court hearings including trials.
• Assisting with the filing of pleadings and case-related documents throughout the litigation process.
• Conducting research and preparing bundles for cases.
• Compiling cost schedules.
• Assisting with the preparation of bills.
• Supporting business development and marketing efforts.
• Assisting in the preparation of precedents and templates.
• Working alongside patent attorneys and litigators.
• Performing general administrative tasks for the Group.

About You:

• Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous Intellectual Property disputes/litigation experience is essential.
• Knowledge or experience of patents and trademarks, and the various forums such as the High Court, the Court of Appeal, the EPO, and/or the UKIPO.
