Job Purpose

To carry out inspection of components, design data, internal workmanship, according to standards and contract requirements.

Be self-motivated and professional in approach with a can-do attitude.

Must have in depth experience working within an ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality system.

Good understanding of AS9102 F.

Key Accountabilities/Duties

Assist in the preparation and completion of quality documentation

• Implement and maintain agreed quality procedures
• Understand manual inspection techniques and where required be hands on
• Notify the Line Supervisor of any quality issues
• Maintain component traceability systems
• Carry out regular in-process and final inspections
• Perform CMM Inspection and produce FAI reports
• Inspect composite tooling to design data
• Enter appropriate records into QA and Production databases
• To support production in meeting delivery targets
• Support of internal/external audits and visits
• 5s and cleanliness of working areas
• Any other reasonable duties as required
• Fully comply with Company Policies including Health and Safety at all times.

Standard shifts are 8 hour per day, Monday to Friday.
