Maxwell Bond are delighted to be engaged with a reputable Managed Services Provider in Manchester who are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join the team. This role will be a key part of the team, helping to deliver Infrastructure & Cloud solutions to various customers. This role offers hybrid working, looking at 2 days in the office per week with notable benefits including up to 31 days holiday per annum.
For this role, you must be able to get to a Manchester based office twice a week and ideally have worked in a customer-facing environment previously, however this is not essential.
What we need from you:
4+ years experience in an Infrastructure role
Keen to expand technical knowledge and learn new technologies
Strong experience in Storage technologies (SAN/DAS/NAS)
Strong experience in Hypervisors – VMware/Hyper-V
Experience in backup technologies (e.g Veeam)
Experience in Windows Servers
Experience in Hardware
ITIL framework exposure
What you’ll be doing:
Providing Infrastructure support for customers
Helping to identify and resolve technical issues
Support both private and public cloud Infrastructure
Work alongside vendors to support customers
