Information Management Coordinator in Birmingham

A dynamic RSK Group business is recruiting for a skilled and innovative Information Management Coordinator to join their team. This is a mixed working model switching between home and the office in Birmingham. The role is offered to the successful candidate on a full-time, permanent basis.Responsibilities * Managing information across the organisation: design dedicated information management systems to accurately store data and make information accessible * Creating and managing client libraries for collateral and documentation * Documenting information flows: you will be responsible for migrating data and documents from other network drives, MS Teams, client Sharepoint sites, or Intranets to the internal SharePoint. * Lead on site creation, site design, retrieval, versioning: working alongside the Research department to design and develop functions of the information management system * Identifying data: data gathered should be categorised and tagged for easy accessibility and visibility across the organisation * Provide technical support and training to all users for Microsoft 365, PowerBi, MS Teams, Excel, and other apps and platformsPerson Specification * Desirable: a Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Library Studies, or other accredited CILIP course, or proven experience in related field. * Proven experience and knowledge using and designing document management systems / enterprise content management systems * Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets * Detail-orientated and responsible * Enthusiastic and keen to learn new skillsSalary And Benefits * Salary £32,000 per annum * Contributory Pension Scheme * Life Assurance * A flexible benefits programme including the option to buy additional holidays, private health care and discounted gym memberships * Regular training and career development
