This high achieving Primary School are seeking an Inclusion Teaching Assistant to join them on a full time basis with an immediate or delayed start for the right candidate.About the Role:You will be excited to plan, develop and co-ordinate a range of interventions that will contribute to the development of SEN studentsTo meet students on a one to one basis and discuss any issues or difficulties they may be encounteringTo develop strategies to assist with literacy and numeracy in a one to one setting or small group workTo work closely with pastoral teams, meet with parents and maintain links between home and schoolBe responsible for tracking student progress About you:Demonstrate motivation, resilience and commitment to high standards of work and achieving excellenceKeen to learn and develop own skillsBe helpful, friendly and able to make good judgements and lead when requiredThe courage and confiction to make a differenceGood administrative and organisational skills This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to join an ambitious and supportive school!
