If you are an experienced HR Lead full of creative ideas and positive energy, who is passionate about building people capability in an organisation, from hiring and onboarding to retaining talent through nurturing a wonderful inclusive culture, then we would like to meet you! A rare opportunity has come up to join our team for a 12 month contract. Reporting to the Head of Revenue & Commercial, you will contribute towards achieving departmental objectives, including shaping the organisation’s recruitment and retention strategy. You are genuinely passionate about culture and wellbeing and will guide our Social Butterflies to nurture our wonderful diverse culture. You will liaise with external suppliers and be provided with guidance and support from the external HR lawyers when required. You will manage the HR function in respect of the UK Employment Law and the company’s strategy and will be forthcoming with ideas and improvements. The role is broad, including budget management, talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, payroll management, employee relations management and policy writing. As our HR Lead, you will be a key person advising senior management and the rest of the team. You will take part in and represent the HR department in monthly meetings.
