You will be responsible for :

Developing and institutionalizing the HRBP Practice for EMEA Region with a core focus to attract and retain people in various business lines. Lead modern HR practices supported with data and technology to help build a culture of entrepreneurism with passion, innovation and collaboration.

In the short run (12-18 months) the role will focus on the following:

• Lead the people practices in the region to attract and retain talent for business growth as per regional best practices for multiple business lines (including acquisitions)
• Lead people interventions with business unit leadership to help retain talent and partner for client success.
• Lead global people practices for scale with regional flavour under the Indegene culture umbrella.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit the right talent & onboard as per company policies and state regulations.
• Drive performance management to build high performing teams and increase engagement in the region.
• Consolidate Indegene’s HR blocks to recalibrate for the regional nuances and compliance requirements.
• Partner with COE of total rewards.
• Develop people at all levels to take on various roles and create processes of mentorship plus coaching.
• Demonstrate and manage foreign workers, aligned to their country, work efficiently with stakeholders complying to the requirement.

About You:

Over 10 years of industry experience in developing the vision, strategy and execution of people practices with data and technology at the base from life sciences company.

Must have:

• Proven track record of driving HRBP strategy and culture.
• Experience in partnering with business and leadership to work on solutions for people retention and attraction from various sources.
• Passion to work with people leaders and managers to coach and mentor them to get the best from their teams.
• Ability to think and plan for long-term and connect business strategy to people plans.
• Demonstrate legal understanding with employment laws.
• Work collaboratively for acquisitions and integrations.
• Willing to travel 25% across EMEA & India.
