JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibility for a site within a defined by Line Manager (these may change from time to time to meet business needs) Provide HSE advice, guidance and support to enable the sites to comply with relevant statutory legislation Drive business Standardisation and assist with the continued adherence to the HSMS and any other relevant HSE policies at the sites Establish and agree a "Site Audit" to ensure continued, regular and balanced site inspection is maintained Meet annual Safety, Health and Environmental objectives which will be assessed via the performance management system Assist the central HSE function in delivering the functional business objectives Coordinate and assist the Management team(s) in HSE initiatives at the sites Previous HSE responsibility in warehouse and transport environments, target focused and an ability to deliver standardised programmes NEBOSH Qualified (Certificate) is essential Analytical ability / commercial experience /contractual understanding Carrier management and development experience would be beneficial Stakeholder management and management influence Accustomed to working with project management and across functions On-site parking Free confidential 24/7 GP service Hundreds of discounts (including retail, childcare + gym) Affordable loans & enhanced pension scheme 24/7 employee support service for you (+ family) with access to free counselling and much more:
