Your new company A fantastic interim, HR Systems Analyst job-3 Months, within a fast-paced, engaging, collaborative organisation in Northamptonshire, who welcome innovative ideas and suggestions and ways to streamline processes. Hybrid role, at least once a week in the office in Northamptonshire, can be home based the remaining days.Your new role As an Interim HR Systems Analyst-3 months, there is an opportunity to streamline HR processes like payroll, leave management, communicating updates and data entry within HR shared services, working with senior stakeholders and recommending the best way forward utilising robotic process automation.Duties will include:Work closely with key stakeholders to identify current transactional processes within HR Shared Service Centre and map "as is" landscape

  • Identify processes with the most opportunity for end-to-end automation using robotics and establish requirements (utilise the existing HR Systems architecture map to review data transfers)
  • Liaise with HRSSC Senior Management Team to validate requirements
  • Prepare any relevant artefacts (Business Requirements Document, Functional Requirements Document, Process Maps)
  • Change and influence stakeholders across various levels utilising standard stakeholder management techniques
  • Prioritise requirements using standard methodologies, including MOSCOW.What you'll need to succeed You must be an experienced HR Systems Analyst.You must have significant experience in requirements gathering and business process mapping.You must have experience with HR ERP systems / integration and workflow tools.You must have experience in a high transactional volume environment, within HR
  • You must experience with process improvements / streamlining transactional processes.
  • You must have experience with robotics process automation / artificial intelligence, within HR or an HR Shared Services environment.
  • You must have an understanding of current business trends in robotics and artificial intelligence and potential ramifications of introducing or changing processes for current and future technology solutions.
  • You must be available to start at the beginning of August.
