We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a repairs and maintenance contractor, who are looking for a HR Manager based in Cardiff. Day to Day: Our client a South West based contractor is looking for a HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis.  The role is to lead the team, overseeing the HR function for the whole company, with various office locations in the South West.Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):HR related qualification would be beneficial - CIPD or equivalent.Experience of working in construction would be beneficialRole details:Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding processManaging a company's appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetingsEnsuring that a company's procedures comply with employment regulationsManaging and training the HR teamMonitoring various aspects of an employee's performance, such as attendance and sick leaveAccessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordinglyHandling any disciplinary processes and formal grievancesSetting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefitsPlease apply or contact Kirsty Rutlidge at Build Recruitment for further details.
