For our office in Bicester, we are looking for a committed and pro-active HR Generalist.

Your days will be filled with:

Responding to general HR queries, providing accurate information and quality advice to managers and staff in accordance with company policies, procedures and employment law.

Handling all aspects of HR including but not limited to maintenance of personnel files, HR records (HRIS) document production, right to work checks, Visa documentation, reference checks, probationary reviews, holiday requests, Employee Relations such as grievances, disciplinaries, reviews, performance management, exit interviews etc.

Completion of monthly payroll data (details of time, allowances, etc), data review, liaising with external payroll provider and processing including payroll documentation like P11D, P60, P45, etc.

Undertaking regular reviews and audits to check the accuracy of HR data.

Involvement in the onboarding processes, support to the recruitment life cycle as well as being responsible for updating and streamlining job descriptions, organizational charts, headcount, and supporting and upskilling line managers where necessary.

Supporting global HR initiatives including local roll-out, share best practices and contribute to improvements.

Supporting and promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion and customer excellence.

From a candidate profile perspective, we are looking for somebody with

A Bachelor's degree in HR management, Business Administration or related field

Typically 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity

HR certification preferred

Experience in handling payroll and working with HR tools (SucessFactors preferred)

Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook Power Point, Teams)

Understanding and practical application of UK employment legislative framework; knowledge of Danish and/or Swedish labor law will be considered as a plus

Fluent in English, Danish or Swedish will be considered as a plus
