HR Director

Permanent, full or part time (29.

SFCA Band 10, point 35 - 38 £49,865 - £53,351 pro rata per annum

This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented individual to join Varndean College as the Director of Human Resources.

Reporting to the Deputy Principal, the Director of Human Resources will provide HR strategy leadership for the College and will support leaders in the delivery of key HR activities.

The postholder will lead and manage the Human Resources function in order to meet the College’s strategic objectives by providing a high quality service for managers and staff, ensuring legislative compliance, developing policies and promoting best practice.

The College is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

All staff are required to have an enhanced DBS check.
