BID Services is seeking an experienced HR & Culture Manager to join our small team in Birmingham.

Birmingham/Hybrid
40,000 to 45,000 per annum depending on experience
Full-time, 37 hours per week
Flexible closing date

The HR & Culture Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of the Human Resources function. You will have the knowledge, skills and experience to maintain and develop a positive organisation culture delivering against the organisation’s strategic priorities and values, contributing to and delivering on the people and culture strategy.

Working with the CEO and senior management team, you will lead and manage a small team of qualified professionals including the HR Officer, L&D Coordinator and Wellbeing Champion. You will be confident to ensure that a professional, efficient and high-quality compliant service can be delivered across our national organisation that meets the requirements of managers, employees and volunteers and those with a sensory impairment.

To be considered for this position:

You will already have extensive experience of working within a HR function with management level experience and be a qualified level 7 CIPD professional.
You will need to be able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of employment legislation, data protection/GDPR, and experience of dealing with formal employee relation issues, workforce planning, TUPE, sickness absence management and the full onboarding lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

Experience in implementing and developing a HR Integrated System would be an advantage.
Essentially you must have a high level of IT skills, with comprehensive knowledge of utilizing Microsoft.
You will be an excellent communicator, being able to work under pressure, using creativity and achieving tight deadlines.
