Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Team.
Due to the growth of the business, we have a new opportunity for a HR Co-ordinator to join our friendly and growing people team. As a HR Coordinator, you will assist the Head of People Operations in providing a proactive, professional, and comprehensive HR service. The role will combine general administrative duties with project work and advising managers on internal policies and processes aimed at continuously improving the team’s service delivery to its internal customers.
We are looking for a person who may have previous generalist HR experience and a basic understanding of HR practices and employment law. If you have good communication and Microsoft office skills with the ability to work to deadlines, have excellent attention to detail and time management this could be the role for you!
