HR CoordinatorPortsmouthUp to £22,500 (DOE)Full timePermanentElite HR are delighted to support with the resourcing of an HR Coordinator ideally Level 3 CIPD qualified to support with all transactional HR activity.
Reporting into the HR Manager the successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the wider HR Operational teams.
Key responsibilities:Support with full recruitment process including adverts, shortlisting and scheduling interviewsMaintain employee recordsSupport with the coordination of training and development programmesProvide support on basic HR queries to staff and managersEssential skillsExcellent organisational skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to work as part of a teamPrevious experience of working within a HR environmentThis role offers a fantastic benefits package and the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team.
