Due to continuous growth and recent acquisition the business is looking to appoint a HR Assistant to join them at their site in Surrey.On offer: * Salary is £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata. * Working 25 hours per week * Company pension * 28 days holiday (pro rata)The role:Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Assistant will support the HR function to provide a comprehensive HR service to the business. * Coordination of all recruitment for the site. * Be the first point of contact for all HR enquiries and dealing with them in a timely and efficient manner. * Process new starters and leavers. * Support in updating policies and maintain in-line with HR legislation. * Maintenance of records and files within the HR system. * Coordination of training and occupational health services for staff. * Produce HR reports, staff reports and KPIs. * Undertake and support with HR projects. * Support with the L&D and engagement across the site. * Support managers by inviting staff to and note taking during meetings, reviews and disciplinaries. * Help to promote the health, safety & environmental culture across the site. * Support and coordinate with the succession planning and talent management on site.The candidate * At least 2 years experience working in a similar HR role. * Good working knowledge and understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle * Be able to work independently, manage a busy workload and with a high degree of confidentially * Organised, have excellent attention to detail and be a great communicator with people at all levels.If this sounds like you, please apply with an up to date CV.
