They are currently seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their team and support their mission of fostering a high-performance culture.

Job Summary:

The HR Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This individual will be responsible for a range of administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department and provide exceptional support to employees and the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job roles, performance reviews, and training records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and provide support during the offboarding process.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Support the payroll process, including data entry and liaising with payroll providers. Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports as needed.
  • Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling, communication, and tracking of employee participation.
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, including record-keeping and reporting requirements.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within the investment space.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
