Apply NowWe’re excited to announce that we have opportunities for two HR Assistants to join our People team!
We have a permanent position and a 9 month fixed term position.
Both roles are working on a full time basis of 36 hours per week and offering a salary of £26,704.
66 per annum (pro rata for FTC).
These roles also offer you the option to work a 9-day fortnight – have a day off every other week!
We’re embracing hybrid working.
If you are successful you can work from home most of the time if you wish, but there will be a requirement to attend our sites located across south east Wales, for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others.
You’ll also need to attend our head office at St Hilary Court once a week (currently on Thursdays).
What you'll do
You’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support that includes: on-boarding processes in line with our governance framework, processing transactional HR and payroll information, maintaining employment compliance requirements and being the first point of contact for general HR queries.
You’ll be working as part of a team of HR Assistants, supporting each other to ensure all queries are dealt with promptly or escalated as required.
What you'll need
You’ll have a good standard of education with experience of working in a busy administrative environment, ideally in a HR setting.
To thrive in this role, you’ll be super organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
A working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.
