Global Highland are currently working with their client, a charity to find an experienced HR Advisor looking to be part of a thriving business. Full time is 35 hours but if you cant work full time, don't worry part time hours can also be considered for the right candidate.

What youll be doing:?

  • Proactively leading end-to-end recruitment, from managing vacancies and careers events to effective onboarding
  • Providing data-driven decisions to implement effective HR initiatives aligned with our business strategy
  • Delivering trusted HR advice and support to everyone across the business
  • Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the People & Resources Manager to ensure HR and recruitment best practices are maintained

What we need from you:?

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a natural flair for communication?
  • A proactive approach with a passion for business?
  • A tenacious and inquisitive mindset
  • An understanding of UK employment law in practice
  • CIPD Level 5 or relevant HR experience
