Iconic Resourcing is excited to present an exclusive opportunity for an HR Advisor with a leading client in the construction industry.

This is a fixed-term role for 6 months, with the potential for a slight extension.

About the Role

Support the board of directors with expert HR guidance and manage key HR functions, from employee relations to recruitment and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding.
• Prepare and present HR reports.
• Manage HR processes and risk cases.

What You Need

• CIPD qualified.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment laws.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Packages
