HR Advisor in London

Your new company This non-profit organisation is the collective rights licencing body within the UK, representing both content users and copyright owners.Your new role Reporting to the HR Director and joining a collaborative team of 3, this role will provide essential HR support to their workforce of circa 100. Key responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day management of the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, policy advice, responding to HR queries, people data
• Lead on ER cases including performance, sickness, disciplinary/grievance (low volume)
• Support the HR Director with various HR projects including pay & grading, reviewing and updating performance procedures, implementing a new code of conduct
• Take ownership of the organisation's recently implemented HR system (IntelliHR), ensuring it is fit for purpose and being maximised
