30pm daily - exact hours negotiable)Benefits: - 25 days holiday (FTE), Free on-site parking, Regular complimentary social events + pensionJob Description:As the HR Adviser at Winston Solicitors, you will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive range of HR services.

Your primary responsibility will be to foster effective working relationships to support the Firm's growth strategy and create a positive work environment.

Reporting to the People Partner and being directly accountable to the Partners of the Firm, you will ensure the HR landscape across the Firm is meticulously maintained, with up-to-date documents and policies that are compliant with legal requirements.

Job Summary:In this role, you will provide high-quality HR advice to Management and Partners on a wide array of HR issues, ensuring your knowledge is always current.

Building strong relationships with senior leaders and management across the Firm, you will gain a deep understanding of their work to offer relevant HR solutions.

Your duties will encompass managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR system maintenance, payroll support, and advising on reward and recognition policies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to: * Provide high-quality HR advice to Management and Partners.

* Build relationships with senior leaders and management across the Firm.

* Ensure HR processes, policies, and contracts are compliant and reflect the Firm's values.

* Manage all employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters and performance management.

* Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.

* Maintain the Firm's HR system and prepare HR reports.

* Advise on the development of reward and recognition policies.

* Support with payroll and pension documentation.

* Undertake any other duties necessary for the smooth running of the Firm.

* Collaborate across all departments to provide seamless service.

Key Skills and Experience Required: * Minimum CIPD Level 3, Level 5 preferred.

* Thorough understanding of HR policies and current legislation.

* Previous experience in a similar role.

* Ability to work autonomously.

* Excellent communication and IT skills.

* Desirable: Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
