Gi Group are recruiting for a Temporary HR Administrator to join office in Redditch. The role is as follows :* HR administrative supporting the HR Advisors for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, employment changes and updates through to processing colleagues who leave the business.* Updating and reporting on employee data.* Collation of monthly changes to be reported to payroll for processing.* Maintain and update notice boards* Assisting the wider People team with a variety of HR projects.* Right to work checks* Support for all other general HR support activities.Skills needed:* ·HR experience is essential.* Understanding of the HR function and key responsibilities.* Strong communication skills.* Willingness to learn and develop within your career.* Analytical and Problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.* Highly organised with a proactive natured based approach* Understanding of Kronos and SuccessFactors (desirable)Hourly pay £12.29 p/hWorking hours:Mon - Thurs: 7:45 - 16:45Friday: 7.45 - 12:45For more information please apply.
