Your mission

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Administrator to join our Wowcher team. You will be working alongside the People Team to provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment function.

The right candidate should ideally have experience in HR, have excellent attention to detail, an understanding of the importance of confidentiality as well as strong people skills and the ability to work comfortably with employees and managers across all levels of the business.

What will my responsibilities be?

  • Managing the HR inbox, responding to any employee queries or escalating them when necessary.
  • Assisting the Head of People with administrative HR tasks, such as composing documents, providing employee references and keeping employee records up-to-date.
  • Managing the onboarding process, ensuring that employees are fully set-up, and induction process to welcome new employees.
  • Managing the leavers process, including carrying out exit interviews and regularly reviewing the data.
  • Driving new social and well-being initiatives in conjunction with the Office Manager.
  • Assisting with payroll activities.
  • Working with the PA, Office Manager and Head of People to organises the Annual Conference and Christmas/Summer parties.
  • Assisting the Internal Recruiter(s) – writing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, booking interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing candidate feedback, sending contracts and other ad-hoc tasks within the recruitment process as directed.
  • Assisting the Head of People with the roll-out of a brand new HR system working together to utilise the system to its full potential.
  • Working towards ad-hoc HR and Recruitment projects, such as benchmarking or special events.
