Our Cprimers are given the flexibility to work, opportunities to collaborate, and have fun along the way.As an HR Administrator, a summary of your role involves:To be passionate about delivering an outstanding shared service operation.Ensure the team has the customers at the front and centre of everything we do and proactively support the drive for high performance within our team working to SLAs and KPIs in order to deliver outstanding service and results.Advise on people policies, practices, and procedures.Able to work in a fast-paced environment, completing queries with the ability to juggle priorities and changing expectations while delivering to agreed timeframes.Your core role and focus is all about managing all aspects of the HR lifecycle including administration, onboarding, and HR compliance. You will be supporting colleagues and leaders on policies and procedures.We want our people and our customers to be proud of the services we provide, and you have a key part to play in this.

What you will do:

Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Monitor and manage all stages of the onboarding, preparing offer letters and contracts within 24 hours.
  • Provide updates to leaders about progress of candidates through onboarding.
  • Ensure all candidates have an amazing onboarding experience.
  • Conduct initial orientation sessions and ensure new hires complete all necessary documentation.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and ensuring return of company property.
  • Employee Records and Data Management:
  • Maintain 100% accuracy with colleague records within the HR system and online.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection legislation dealing with matters sensitively and flagging any GDPR concerns immediately.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
  • Payroll Processing:
  • Ensure data is accurately prepared and shared for monthly payroll activities in accordance with the payroll schedule.
  • Assist with resolving payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Support the management of the benefits systems online and support colleagues as needed.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including pensions, healthcare, and other perks.
  • Liaise with benefits providers as needed.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure employees are informed of and adhere to HR policies.
  • Support compliance with employment laws and regulations, assisting with audits and reporting.
  • Employee Relations and Support:
  • Act as a point of contact for employees with HR-related queries ( company policies, procedures and benefits)
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts, escalating to HR management when necessary.
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Be the first point of contact for all people service queries for the complete colleague lifecycle.
  • Manage all queries with the right-first-time approach.
  • Provide administrative support to the HRBP team as needed.
  • Support the delivery of key people team initiatives and projects.
  • Any ad hoc support required by the wider people team.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience working with HR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively, verbally and written.
  • Build strong relationships, and stakeholder management internally and externally.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Take ownership of activities and see them through to the conclusion.
  • To be enthusiastic, committed, pragmatic, and solution-focused.
  • CIPD Level 3 is desirable.
  • Experience of working in a People Admin function is desirable.

  • Hybrid working with 2/3 days in the office with the team in Leeds.
