About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-orientated Administrator to join the Human Resources department at Weldricks Pharmacy in our Branch Service Centre.

This HR Administrator opportunity is both varied and engaging, with tasks covering areas such as maintaining employee records, providing administration support for stautory processes, co-ordinating probationary periods and key dates and supporting the HR team with admin functions including recruitment to name a few.

Role Overview

Day-to-day, this HR Administrator role involves:

  • Completing employee administration promptly and accurately and ensuring electronic employee records are up to date
  • Administration support for all HR functions including statutory processes and recruitment.
  • Providing support for career events, job fairs, and school requests.
  • Ensuring all legislation, company policies, procedures, and requirements are adhered to, including health and safety and confidentiality, reporting any issues to the manager.
  • Supporting with general administration when required and arranging buffets, gifts, cards, etc., raising purchase orders where necessary.
  • Remaining flexible and able to assist the HR team and the wider business with tasks when needed.

Working Hours

This is a full-time HR Administrator position consisting of 37.5 hours a week. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, with 1 hour for lunch each day. 

Essential Skills
  • Excellent organisation and accuracy skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Previous experience in an admin role
  • Good interpersonal communication skills

Our on-line service is supervised by fully qualified pharmacists and technicians . All medicine sales are authorised and checked before being dispatched to you. Our on-line customer service team are available to give professional healthcare advice in a confidential environment either by email or telephone.
