Our client is a Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked firm based in Manchester, it is looking to expand its Property Litigation offering with the addition of a new Solicitor or Associate to handle Housing Management and Anti-Social Behaviour work.

Role:

  • Manage a caseload of Housing Management and Anti-Social Behaviour cases, caseload will also include Residential cases such as rent recovery, but you will be acting for Housing Associations and other residential Landlords
  • Assisting junior members of staff with their caseloads where possible
  • Carry out business development and raise the profile of the business via networking events

The Successful Candidate:

  • Qualified solicitor ideally 3+ years’ PQE
  • Good experience with Housing Management files, ideally from a defendant background - strong claimant candidates will also be considered for this opportunity
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • An interest in the work and a commitment to streamlining processes
