The Role

This opportunity presents a great chance to become part of a renowned, contemporary, and encouraging law firm as they seek a Qualified Housing Disrepair Solicitor.

The Housing Disrepair department at the firm is actively seeking a Qualified Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the existing team to further enhance their legal practice.

The ideal candidate should be at least 3 years PQE with in experience in housing disrepair and a strong understanding of CPR and Housing Conditions case law.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of pre-litigated and post-litigated matters with minimal supervision but will have the advantage of full administrative support.

The Candidate

• Experienced 3 years PQE Solicitor
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
