Housing Disrepair - Paralegal - Up to £33,000 salary

The Role

We are pleased to represent a leading National full service Law firm in their search for a Housing Disrepair Paralegal/Fee Earner.

Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Housing Disrepair department, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Paralegal to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

The ideal candidate will have previous housing disrepair experience and excellent knowledge of the CPR and Housing Conditions case law.

The role involves managing your own case load of both pre and post-litigated cases housing disrepair claims from instruction through to settlement.

The Candidate

• A paralegal with at least 2 years housing disrepair experience
• Excellent knowledge of managing a caseload
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
