VNA Recruitment are currently searching for a Housing Adviser.
for our client based in Bath.
This role is within the Housing Options and Homelessness Team and the main duties are: * Seeing customers face-to-face by appointment, drop-in for homeless on the day and telephone advice * Providing direct, one-to-one advice * Attending professionals meetings * Visiting housing applicants in supported housing, temporary accommodation and at home when they are threatened with homelessness * Communicating with landlords and professionals * Creating personal housing plans for each applicantIf you feel you have the skills required to perform this role, then please apply today
