If so, Milestone Education is seeking an experienced tutor in SEND to work with a partnered school in Birmingham.

Contract: Wednesday and Friday – 9:00 AM- 4:00 PMSalary: Final salary based on experienceResponsibilities: * Actively engage in supporting students’ daily learning and developmental activities.

* Design personalised lesson plans based on each student's unique learning styles, abilities and SEMH requirements.

* Conduct assessments and monitor progress to adjust interventions as needed.

* Develop and implement effective SEND policies and practices.

* Collaborate with the student's family to ensure cohesive support.

Requirements: * Enhanced DBS check.

* Previous experience within a school setting.

* QTS or relevant teaching or HLTA qualification is essential.

* Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Commitment to promoting inclusive education.
