Health, Safety and Environment Manager£60,000 Days Only (Mon-Fri) Moldgap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for a HSE Manager to work at their facility based near MoldPerformance ObjectivesTo determine, drive and lead the implementation of the site HSE plan and Group reporting activities.To manage the Health Safety and Environment activities for the site, ensuring that Health Safety procedures, policies and systems are adhered too.To plan the introduction and implementation of appropriate HSE Policies and Procedures and associated systems, in conjunction with the group standards.Lead Health & Safety activities for the site and providing direction for all the Health & Safety activities.Responsible for developing the annual HSE plan for the site, obtaining approval and support from Plant Management and reporting on progress.Manage the Risk Assessment and SSOW activities, maintain up to date data and reports to Plant Management and progress against plan.Coaching and training employees on HSE issues, systems, SSOW, Risk Assessments etc.Review all HSE reports promptly to determine where emphasis should be placed to prevent incident recurrence.
