Job Description:

As the Head of Salesforce Development, you will lead our Salesforce development team, driving the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals.

You will play a pivotal role in transforming our CRM capabilities, ensuring we leverage Salesforce to its fullest potential to improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Salesforce development team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay current with Salesforce advancements and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior Salesforce development role, preferably within the automotive or a related industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a development team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
