Are you passionate about delivering results, driving product innovation, managing the product lifecycle and fostering collaboration? If so we want you to lead our dynamic product team as the Head of Product.

As our Head of Product, you will own the performance of our key categories ,collaborate closely with key stakeholders to design and deliver on our product strategy and managing the product lifecyle to deliver on KPIs. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering on our New Product Road Map aligned with long-range and annual operating plans. You will drive cross-functional alignment across commercial teams and partners, be a key stakeholder in supply chain strategies, and own the product strategy under the guidance of the Product Director.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design & deliver the product strategy in line with business objectives
• Own category performance (revenue, margin, volume) and collaborate cross functionally to close out gaps
• Support channels in achieving P&L targets through effective product strategies
• Identify gaps and opportunities and create strategies and initiatives to address for both existing product and NPD
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure NPD projects align with strategic priorities and that launch plans are in place to deliver on revenue targets
• Own the NPD roadmap and facilitate supplier development discussions
• Advocate for customer feedback and integrate voice of the customer insights
• Collaborate with Senior Leaders across all functions to prioritise requirements and timelines
• Provide leadership and drive high performance within the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior product role with a commercial bias
• Strong customer focus and market awareness
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving high performance.
• Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive collaborations across functions.
