Title: Head of Payroll

Location: Northamptonshire

Hybrid: 1 day office

Salary: £75,000 + bonus and company car

JGA are partnered with a leading business that are seeking a Head of Payroll to lead their large payroll function and to drive future improvements!

You will be responsible for:

• Lead and oversee the team delivering payroll for over 10,000 employees.
• Continuously review payroll and reward services to create a market leading function.
• Oversee key projects in collaboration with Senior Leadership.
• Ensure full compliance with legislation and relevant agreements.
• Review procedures to improve efficiency and promote continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in a similar Shared Services environment.
• Project management and implementation experience.
• Team and stakeholder management.
• High volume payroll experience.
• Strong character with ability to drive change.
