We're looking for a dynamic Head of Operations to take the reins of our clients day-to-day operations and contribute to their exciting growth journey.

The Client

They manage a retirement portfolio and other developments and prioritise transparency, kindness, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.

The experienced team operates autonomously but needs a supportive leader to help reach new heights.

What will you be doing?

As Head of Operations, you'll oversee daily operations and drive business development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring top-tier customer service and managing staff to achieve excellence.
• Conducting staff appraisals and managing annual utility contracts.
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR and leasehold legislation.
• Negotiating annual contracts with key suppliers and handling office agreements.
• Supporting Area Managers, attending resident meetings, handling complaints, and managing capital expenditure.

What do we need from you?

• Experience in the long leasehold sector, preferably in retirement properties.
• Strong business development skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge of leases and compliance.
• Personable, empathetic, confident, and professional with high emotional intelligence.
