Job Description

As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.

You will undertake full responsibility for all operational activities, managing the Operations and Area Centre Managers, and reporting directly to the Board.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can drive efficiency, embrace change, and maintain excellent customer care standards.

Over the next five years we are planning to significantly grow our serviced centres from eight to twenty and you will play a full role in that transformation.


Duties and Responsibilities


Operational Leadership:

  • Collaborate with senior staff on strategic planning and execution.
  • Ensure operational processes and best practices are followed across all centres.
  • Implement new technologies to enhance efficiency.

· Analyse and optimise business centre expenditure budgets and KPIs.

· Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and licencing requirements.

· Optimise Disaster recovery and business continuity planning.


People Management:

  • Lead and motivate your Operations and Centre Support teams.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Encourage professional development and growth.

· Optimise utilisation of resource and staffing levels


Customer Care:

  • Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Address client needs promptly and effectively.
  • Go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Change Management:

  • Adapt to industry trends and evolving business requirements.
  • Drive positive change within the organization.
  • Manage the growth of the team to support an increased centre portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in people management, ideally within the flexible workspace, hospitality or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Degree qualification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Senior-level experience in a compatible industry.
