Head Of Operations in London

Neurolabs is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Head of Operations to join our team! As the Head of Operations at Neurolabs, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Our team is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge computer vision solutions to automate the retail industry. As the Head of Operations, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth and success of Neurolabs.

Employment type: Full-time, permanent contract

Experience: Senior and Expert level

Annual Salary: £70,000 - £100,000

• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and scalability with the company. Oversee long-term planning.
• Business Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to improve overall business operations.
• Budget and Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives and project timelines. Ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to financial goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Growth, and Tech, as well as external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and executive leadership, to drive operational alignment and support business growth.

Requirements

• Strong Operational Background : Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Head of Operations or in a similar capacity. Deep understanding of operational processes and best practices, with a track record of driving operational excellence in tech startups.
• Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and develop operational strategies aligned with business goals. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Project Management : Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the retail automation industry and/or computer vision technology is a plus.

• Introductory Call (15 minutes)
• An initial discussion with Operations and People Manager to provide an overview of the company and discuss your background and interests.
• Take-Home Task (Preparation time: up to 3 hours)
• A presentation or challenge to be completed at home and prepared for submission during the interview.
• Company Culture and Task Presentation Interview (1 hour)
• A detailed session with the prospective 2 team members where you will present your completed task and discuss it in-depth. There will also be opportunity to discuss the company's culture and values.
• Founders Interview (45 minutes)
• A final interview with the founders of Neurolabs.
