By offering great company benefits, encouraging hybrid working and actively progressing their team careers, the company has been awarded a Gold Investors in People award and wants to continue its growth by onboarding a Lead for the Ecology Team.In this Monday-to-Friday position, you will lead the day-to-day management of the ecology team while developing new relevant opportunities and preparing fee proposals. You will also work alongside colleagues from other departments to ensure multi-disciplinary projects are delivered to a high quality and budget. Overall, you will be tasked with the management of the Ecology department and will coordinate the production of reports, manage subcontracts, liaise with clients, and develop and mentor junior team members to increase quality and output.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within an Ecology-based role preferably within a consultancy.
