As the Head of Data, you will spearhead efforts to overhaul data structure and strategy.

You will be at the helm of introducing a clearly defined roadmap for data and delivering change.

You will instil a culture of data excellence and a focus to your early role will be setting the foundations for change.

Your key remit as Head of Data will be to:

• Lead on the data transformation and the creation of business insights and reporting capability.
• Identify and rectify data quality and integrity issues so the business can fully utilise accurate data
• Build confidence in a data-led strategy.
• Improve customer and business outcomes through a proactive approach to analysis and enable strategic decision-making through data.
• Streamline and improve performance and business reporting

What will you bring to the Head of Data role

You will be an excellent candidate if you can demonstrate the following:

• Experience of building and leading a high-performing data, insights and reporting team
• Experience working with data strategy in complex IT environments
• Experience of identifying and rectifying data quality issues
• Experience building a strategic data roadmap
• Building and motivating high-performing teams.
• A personable communicator, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary and job location

The salary on offer is up to £90,000 and you will work hybrid in Leicestershire.
